We, Zoelle are clothing brand that offer casual to dress-up outfit, place your order through our webstore and we will send it to your doorstep.

OFFER AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

By Placing your order through our website, customers have read and agreed with all terms and conditions stated.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Our Store always give our best effort to display all information of the products at our website as accurate as possible. Due to screen or monitor resolutions, there may be slight color differences of the products displayed on our website.

PRICING

All prices are reflected in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), shipping cost is excluded.

PAYMENT

5.1 We currently accept payment through:

  • Bank Transfer: Bank BCA
  • Virtual Account (by Bank Permata)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Master)

5.2 All payment details will be informed through and email which will be sent once your order is placed and received.

 SHIPPING

6.1 We ship all orders from our office & workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia.

6.2 For domestic shipping (within Indonesia), we use TIKI (www.tiki.id) and JNE (www.jne.co.id) courier services. We will ship your order using JNE or TIKI ONS(One Night Service) if the service is available to your location. Otherwise, we will use JNE or TIKI REGULAR service. Usually, JNE or TIKI ONS takes 1-2 days to deliver your order. Meanwhile, JNE or TIKI REGULAR usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver your order.

6.3 For International shipping (outside Indonesia), we use Express Mail Service (EMS) by Pos Indonesia. Usually, it takes 7-15 working days for the courier to deliver your order.

6.4 We do not take responsibilities for any customs or import duties which is charged to the receiver for international shipping process. Customers must bear these charges.

6.5 We will not be responsible for any damaged or lost which happened to the goods during shipment as we had checked and shipped them in good condition. We will help to check your shipment to the JNE, TIKI or EMS local office in case you find something incorrect with your shipment.

6.6 If we accidentally ship wrong items or ship to the wrong address, we will take full responsibilities to re-send the correct items to the correct address as well as cover the extra shipping cost occurred.

ABOUT PLACING ORDER

7.1 Please make sure to give us a complete and correct shipping address to avoid any inconveniences

7.2 You will receive an email confirmation that contains all your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive any email confirmation, please check you junk/spam folder or contact us for checking. You can also sign in to your account to view your recent order history and order status.

7.3 We have a right to cancel your order if the payment has not been made within 2 x 24 hours since order placement.

7.4 All orders are final, once the payment is made and confirmed by Us

7.5 We will ship your order 2-3 days as payment confirmation received, actually we will process your shipment as soon as possible. Normally, we will ship your order at 05.00 PM (Monday-Friday) and at 12.00 PM (Saturday). No shipment using TIKI on Saturday. So, please take this information into your consideration when placing your order.

Payment confirmation received after that shipping time or on Sunday and holidays will be checked and shipped on next business day.

7.6 Please kindly note, we unable to ship your order before payment is made and confirmed.

7.7 We always do our best to make sure all stocks displayed in this website are updated and matched with the real stock in our office & showroom.

7.8 If the products are accidentally not available for any reasons after we receive your order, we will contact you in person to solve this problem. We will follow your instruction whether to do an exchange or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will do a full refund of any paid amounts.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

8.1 If you are not satisfied with your order or you picked the wrong sizes, we allow you to do a Return. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

9.1 Before placing order, please make sure you check and choose the right size, color, item, etc.

9.2 If there’s any changes after order placement, please contact and inform us immediately the items you want. We will still be able to do changes only if your orders haven’t been dispatched.

9.3 Regarding size or item exchanges, we will give you 14 days for Indonesia shipment and 30 days for international shipment after the delivery of your order to inform us through email contactus@zoelleshop.com

9.4 Before sending back the goods to us, please make sure that the goods are still in the same good condition and still with the hangtag attached. Otherwise, we are unable to process your refund.

9.5 We unable to give you the exchange automatically, so you should do the order again through our website for the exchange. we will process your refund in 2-3 days after we received your order that you sent back to us.

9.6 The Customer must bear any extra shipping costs and charges occurred during the exchange and refund does not include shipping cost.

9.7 If you are not sure with the sizing, image shown or color of the products, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We are more than happy to help.

9.8 If you find any defects on the goods you received from us, please kindly contact us via email at contactus@zoelleshop.com , or WhatsApp: +6287788988999 . Please attach some pictures to help us identify and make sure the defect come from us or factory. We will accept your complaints of defect products within 3 working days.
